updates galore

ok, so i tried to work this out so that i posted these photos backwards chronologically so you can see my semester thus far as it went, from the beginning. i've been all over italy so far: assisi, siena, san gimignano, and finally ROMA cause i hadn't been yet. worthless, right? but it was a good time. also threrw some parties- for fat tuesday, and for the old half birthday. my apartment has proven to be a sweet space. and THE place to be, for the cool kids club, that is. off i go to join them upstairs,
fondly,
emily

che cazzo!

i'm sorry. i'm really sucky (sucky is the word of the day) at doing this blog posting nonsense. and here i am. and it's a brand spankin' new semester and i have yet to update you fine folks! what a selfish bitch! it's been good (read, crazy) so far. love my roommates like woah (though they're no lindsley...) already traveled a bit- assisi was gorgeous and reawakened some sleeping catholic part of me (my patron saint, claire "chiara," is from there). had a nice weekend with josh boltuch from last semester at his new apartment in bologna. the man can cook. wonderful host. went to venice for carnivale last weekend and wow, did i run into enough b-more kids- drew deloski, elliot mutch, jess winicki, ben leaverton- crazy crazy craziness. we're having a little festa tomorrow night for fat tuesday- i'm gonna make pancakes from scratch and buy bacon and eggs and feast we shall and then attempt to turn the kitchen table into a beirut/beerpong arena. i heart my apartment. living with a host family is for suckers.

i miss you. i like letters.
